Bluebell is a set of Kegel exercise weights featuring three different sizes and weights for step-by-step pelvic floor muscle training.

The three flower bud shaped weights are differently sized and available in progressive weights – 0.065 lbs., 0.11 lbs., and 0.172lbs. Each weight has a long stem for easy removal once your workout is complete.
Designed to assist with your PC muscle workout routine, start with the lightest weight. To use, sit or lay down, then place the weight into the vagina. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles around the weight for 3-5 seconds, then relax for 3-5 seconds, repeat the process 10 times, and repeat the routine 3 times a day. Once you feel your strength build (usually after a week or two) and the routine becomes easier, move on to the medium weight, then advance to the heaviest weight.

Step 1 – Insert one finger into your vagina, and pretend you are trying to avoid passing gas, then let go.
Step 2 – Tighten the right muscles, you should feel the muscles tighten and move up and down.
